Memorial Services for Al Musella age 57 of Palm Coast will be held at 7 PM on Friday May 12 2006 in the chapel of Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 PM until service time. Al passed away at his home in Palm Coast on Saturday May 6 2006.
Al was born in Jersey City NJ on February 24 1949 to Alfred & Rose Musella. He moved to Palm Coast from Haskell NJ in 1992. Al began working for the Flagler County Parks & Recreation Dept. in 1993 as a custodian and recently became one of the department?s coordinators. He has also worked at Flagler Palm Coast High School and for Palm Coast Bible Church & School. Al was a people person who had many friends everywhere he went. He was also a friend of the environment who believed in recycling and getting the very most out of things that he could. Al enjoyed going to yard sales and collecting scrap from many areas to use in making his pieces. Al was an extraordinary man who will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish Al?s memories are his beloved wife of 28 years Gail; and his son Jason of Palm Coast. Also surviving are his mother Rose of N.J.; cousins Barbara Latchney & her husband John and Joanna Maple & her husband Kenny of Palm Coast; Aunt & Uncle Rocky & Martha Musella of Palm Coast; brothers and sister-in-law Anthony LaSala & Elaine of Deerfield and their children Anthony & Brandon Nick LaSala & Sally of Pompano and Toni LaSala of Wayne NJ.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler.
