Alejandrina Humphrey, 79, of Palm Coast, Florida passed away Thursday, May 29, 2025.  She was born on March 17, 1946 in Santa Rosa, California.  She was creative and artistic and saw beauty where others did not.  In her non-working time, she enjoyed being outdoors whether it be yard work, tending flowers in her garden, or fishing on the water.  She had a big heart for animals and seemed to always have a dog or pet to love.  Family was a focal point in her life.  She loved spending time with family at large gatherings or quiet conversations – just being together was her joy.

Alejandrina is survived by her husband, Paul E. Humphrey; daughter, Lisa Monticello; son, Jason Olivares; daughter, Justine Olivares; sister, Enriqueta Perez; brother, Ignacio Salgado, Jr.; grandson, Jacob Monticello; granddaughter, Alyssa Monticello; granddaughter, Elanna Torres (husband, Martin Torres); grandson, Micheal Martinez; granddaughter, Jakhia Madden; great grandchildren, Ayden, Jeremiah, Ily, Mariana, Camden and Logan; and other extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ignacio and Ernestina Salgado; sister, Dolores Romero; sister, Marie Elena Moreno and brother in law, Frank Moreno; brother, Richard Salgado; and brother in law, Jose Perez.

Services will be held at a later date in California.  In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice or the Flagler County Humane Society.
