Albert Joseph Palmieri, 90, of Palm Coast, Florida, passed away on Tuesday April 9, 2019 at Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House in Palm Coast, Florida.  He was born on August 9, 1928 in the Bronx, New York to the late Joseph and Mary (nee, Noto) Palmieri.  Albert proudly served his country in the United States Army for 2 years.  He retired from Metro Transit Authority as a computer operator and moved to the Palm Coast area in 1996 from Brooklyn, New York.  He loved the beach, gardening and his animals.  Survivors include his four children, Jennifer (Steven) DeBernardo of Oceanside, NY, Brenda (Christopher) Coyle of Highland Mills, NY, Catherine (Petar) Radanovich of Palmetto, FL and Albert Palmieri, Jr. of Palm Coast, FL;  Nine grandchildren, Charlie, Shannon, John, Christian, Peter, Catherine, Christiana, Pierson and Christopher. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Marie Palmieri, his son, Charles Palmieri and his granddaughter, Samantha.  Memorial donations may be made in his memory to The  Dementia Society of America, PO Box 600, Doylestown,  Pennsylvania 18901, www.DementiaSociety.org/donate.  Condolences may be shared with the family here on our online guestbook.
