Memorial Services for Albert A. Hettrick 80 of Port Orange who passed away peacefully at home on Sunday February 5 2006 will be 8:30am February 24 2006 at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. Mr. Hettrick was born May 24 1925 Staten Island NY to Walter and Mary Hettrick. Albert retired form his job in animal control in 1975 and moved to Port Orange with his wife Helen. During WWII Albert served in the U.S. Navy. Albert was a member of Our Lady of Hope Port Orange the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals American Humane Society and the St. Jude League. Those who will fondly remember Albert include his wife of 58 years Helen a brother Vincent Hettrick Staten Island NY a sister-in-law Ann Hettrick Staten Island NY nieces and nephews.
