Funeral Mass for Adelaide C. Lady Lloyd 93 who passed away at her residence in Port Orange Thursday morning June 30 2005 will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday July 6 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Born in Mt. Sterling IL Lady was a resident of this area since 1932. She attended Beloit College in Joliet IL and she was a founding parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and attended Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. Lady married J. Saxton Lloyd in 1934 and together were the former owners of Lloyd Buick Cadillac Inc. J. Saxton passed away in 1991.
Her survivors include two sons Robert F. and his wife Sandra D. and William S. and his wife Nicki. Also surviving are her twelve grandchildren: Lisa L. David R. James F. John S. Robert W. Stephen D. William S. Jr. Margaret L. Merridy Michael Thomas and Catherine. Also surviving are two step-grandsons Michael Newland and Jerry Newland and twenty-seven great-grandchildren.
